I had some brilliant news this week that I have been selected as a finalist for this years Bath Life Awards which are to be held on February 27th 2014 in Bath. Fingers crossed for the 27th!

Back in November I was fortunate enough to be asked to provide pampering pregnancy massage treatments for guests at the Retreat-Yourself Pregnancy Retreat, held in the picturesque village of Sheepscombe in rural Cotswolds.

Polly will be holding a FREE ‘taster’ session where she will be offering an insight into all that baby massage has to offer to you and your baby.

– Listen to a talk on the history and benefits of baby massage
– Meet other parents who have already benefited from the classes and share their experiences

2013 sees the addition of Baby Massage for Dads. We’ve had feedback that they are feeling a little left out so we’ve decided to let them into our lovely massage sessions.
From January the courses will run for 6 weeks, not the usual 5.
On the 6th week it’s the Dads turn to come along with baby and enjoy one hour of massage – learning the techniques and the art of baby massage.
The Dads day will be held on a Saturday so this also gives you Mums a great opportunity for an hour of ‘me’ time, perfect!.
Just For Dads – We have also launched ‘Just For Dads’ Workshops – a stand alone 90 minute session for Dads only. These will be held monthly. Contact Polly for dates

I was delighted to be able to offer the Editor of The Bath Magazine a massage treatment to help alleviate her aching shoulders and the neck pain she had caused by long periods of time sat at her office desk. She said that the treatment really helped her and she has written a fantastic review of which is featured in Octobers magazine issue. Here it is….

Established in 1978 The Bath Practice is central Bath’s oldest osteopathic and complementary health care centre offering the very best in complementary health care. Polly has joined the practice offering massage treatments including pregnancy massage, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. From September Polly will be running baby massage group lessons.
