Our booking terms. Payment in full is required upon booking.
If you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment a 50% cancellation fee is taken**
If outside 24 hours a full refund if offered (minus any charges*) or a credit can be kept on your account.
**No shows and same day cancellations will be charged at 100%.
